At Moonlight World, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our returns policy is fully compliant with UK Consumer Rights law.
1. 14-Day Right to Return
You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to notify us that you wish to return an item for a full refund.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must be in their original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.
3. How to Start a Return
- Contact our support team via email or our contact form with your order details.
- Once approved, package your item securely and send it to our provided UK return address.
- Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund. The funds will automatically be applied back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
